With student housing, there is a short window of time to work in accommodating the quick turnover of our leasing season. After the initial design and build-out, I was thoroughly impressed with your ability to get the property underway within this traditional time period. Your company managed to get all the buildings installed with the logistics in place to handle 500+ students with at least 250 receivers to distribute and assign to our new residents.
Outside of the speed-bumps our wiring imposed on your company, the transition created many long-term advantages. I was concerned with the way the weather would affect their satellite pictures but I’m learning your commercial dishes don’t have the same problems as residential dishes. The picture quality and channel selection has been pleasing for my residents. In addition to pleasing my residents, I am excited about the One Dish Solution model.
